The Clubhouse restaurant features a breakfast menu that is served until 2:00 pm everyday during the golf season as well as a casual style lunch and dinner menu. The lunch and dinner menus feature a variety of comfort foods and a few items created by the experienced kitchen staff of Twenty Valley. The creative culinary skills of the course chefs comes alive in weekly specials, monthly features in June, July, August, and September as well as weekly BBQs, pasta bars, and themed special nights. Our Chef, Brad Rempel
Brad Rempel has been with Twenty Valley for more than 10 years and works as the Club's Executive Chef. He graduated the Apprentice Chef Program at Niagara College with Honours, and has achieved his certified Red Seal for the Culinary Arts. Brad's biggest achievement was finishing with the highest grade point average in his graduating class. Brad's innovative cuisine, combined with his effervescent personality make for a unique dining experience for anyone who ventures to the Twenty Valley Dining Room.
