Free Golf Membership Sweepstakes

Hello and welcome to Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club and the official blog page of our 2012 FREE Golf Membership Sweepstakes. This is an exciting contest that promises to not only see a winner of a membership but also multiple winners of secondary prizes such as complimentary foursomes and special discount opportunities.

There are also some incentives to be part of this promotion. Firstly, if you are one of the first 200 entries to our Facebook page you will be eligible for and exclusive foursome deal for spring golf. As well if you forward this information onto your golfing friends and carbon copy “cc” proshop@twentyvalley.com we will not only enter another ballot for you for the grand prize but provide you an exciting discount to play at Twenty Valley this season (we cannot by law contact your email list of contacts and use them unless they sign up for the sweepstakes as well)!

Official Rules:

Below are the official rules. Please have a quick read. If you have any questions in relation to the contest please contact Canadian PGA Professional Brody Whetham at brody@twentyvalley.com.

Age: 19+ years of age at time of entry to be eligible. Employees and their relatives, affiliated promotional companies and existing members of Twenty Valley are not eligible.

Incentive 1: Forward to a friend

By forwarding an email to your golfing buddies and carbon copy (cc) proshop@twentyvalley.com to your friends and they register, you will receive an additional ballot and be placed onto a list to be awarded a discounted guest fee offer from Twenty Valley (to be determined).

Incentive 2: First 200 Facebook Entries

The first 200 Facebook entries will receive and exclusive foursome spring promotion to play at Twenty Valley.

Selection of Winner

1 winner will be selected after the deadline date (April 30st, 2012) as a random draw. The “potential winner” will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the deadline date. The “potential winner” will be provided and required to sign and return a membership application in order to claim his/her prize within 7 days of being contacted.

If Twenty Valley cannot contact, or “potential winner” fails to sign/return the application the prize is forfeited. Once disqualified Twenty Valley will award the prize through a second random draw. If after two (2) alternate draws the prize cannot be awarded there will be no winner.

Twenty Valley will not be responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of the official rules.

Prize Details

There will be no further complimentary amenities to the prize. All general “Silver” membership privileges and restrictions apply based on the 2012 Membership Package. The Prize is not transferable and no substitutions may be made except for an upgrade to “Gold” membership. Winner may upgrade his/her membership to the “Gold” paying the difference between each level ($300.00) plus applicable taxes. Winner may also choose to purchase any further golf services offered by Twenty Valley such as seasonal cart program, range membership, locker or club storage at his/her own convenience.
